Our clinic is by appointment only, and we do not accept walk-ins. An additional service charge is $150 for after-hours or concierge services. We require all new prospective clients to complete their treatment booking online and fill out new client forms before their appointment. A $75 deposit is required to secure all services except for clients who have purchased custom packages. This deposit will be automatically charged at the time of booking and applied as a credit toward your service. Once the treatment booking is completed, an automated email will be sent with further instructions on completing your profile and consent forms. Please provide accurate contact information so we can send you an email and text communications.

Please arrive at your appointment 10 minutes before your set time to complete any necessary paperwork and consent. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time, but life happens, and we understand circumstances that are out of your control can come up. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a $25 late fee will be charged. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise determined at the provider’s discretion.
